2. Donation Refund Policy
- All donations made to Shree Ram Charitable Trust are considered final and non-refundable.
- Refunds may be issued only in cases of accidental duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
- Donors must submit a refund request via email to info@shreeramcharitabletrust.org.
- The request must include the transaction ID, donation amount, and reason for the refund.
- We will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days.
